Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data DENVIK LLC collects through this website and the DENVIK platform, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who is responsible
DENVIK LLC, 50 Fairground Dr, Mount Sterling, KY 40353, United States, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: contact@denvik.io.
2. Data collected on this website
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. The contact form prepares a message in your own email application; nothing is sent or stored by the website itself. When you write to us, we receive the information you include in your email (name, email address, business name, message) and keep it for the purpose of answering you and, if you become a merchant, for managing the relationship.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for security and to keep the website running. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
3. Data processed on the platform
For merchants, we process the data needed to open and verify an account: identity and contact details of the business and of the people who control it, bank details for payouts, and the documents requested for verification. For transactions, we process the data needed to accept, screen, report and settle payments: amounts, currencies, payment method, customer details provided at checkout, device and network signals used for fraud screening, and the outcome of each transaction.
Card data is processed in a PCI DSS compliant environment. Processing, holding and settlement of funds are carried out by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners, each of which is responsible for its own processing under its own policy.
4. Why we process it
- to answer your enquiries and provide the platform you contracted for;
- to verify accounts and meet legal obligations on anti-money-laundering, sanctions and tax;
- to screen transactions for fraud and manage disputes and chargebacks;
- to produce the reports and statements that come with your account;
- to keep the platform and the website secure.
5. Who receives it
Data is shared with the payment providers and acquiring partners that process and settle transactions, with card schemes and payment method operators, with our hosting and email providers, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account and transaction records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by financial, tax and anti-money-laundering rules, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to contact@denvik.io. We reply within 24 hours to acknowledge the request and will tell you how long it will take to complete.
8. Security
Data in transit and at rest is encrypted with AES 256-bit encryption. Access to account and transaction data is restricted to the people who need it to provide the service.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published on this page applies.
