Note on reserves

A rolling reserve holds back a share of your settled funds to cover refunds and chargebacks, and releases it on a rolling basis as set out in your agreement. On Standard the share is 10%; on Professional and Enterprise it is adjusted to your volume and history.

Processing, holding and settlement of funds are carried out by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners.
